Architectural Concepts for the Dream

Founded in 1998 by Eduardo Robles, Thanu Boonyawatana and Roberto Caragay, Creative Kingdom has led the industry in defining the future of themed destinations worldwide. The Company is headquartered in Los Angeles, California and maintains offices in Johannesburg, Manila Philippines, Dubai UAE , Chiang Mai Thailand and Beijing China.

Over the seven year life of the company we have seen sustained growth in its operations, and currently employ around 300 staff globally. From the core business of architectural and Master Planning design, the company has developed its capabilities to include both 3D Architectural video animation and 2D and 3D Cartoon animation and Video Film, under Creative Kingdom Animation LLC and also music production under Creative Kingdom Records USA (Dubai Thailand, USA and South Africa).

The principals of Creative Kingdom have enjoyed a sustained record of success with the creative design of world class developments. These include the Palace Hotel at the Lost City, South Africa, The Table Bay Hotel in Cape Town, TsogoSun’s/MGM Montecasino and Palazzo Intercontinental Hotel in Fourways, Johannesburg and the highly successful Madinat Jumeirah Resort in Dubai, the largest resort development in the Middle East, as well as numerous other projects around the globe.

The company was also responsible in the design and master plan of several major developments including the $3 billion Palm Island-Jebel Ali, the world’s largest land reclamation project currently under reclamation in Dubai, U.A.E.; the Dubai Park Hyatt Hotel and Residential development; the design of The World Island, another mega project being developed off the coast of Dubai and the master planning of the Al Bounduquia Island Development Project in Saudi Arabia. In addition, the Company has just initiated work on a major leisure, entertainment and mixed-use development project in Egypt, the Royal Mirage Phase 3 development in Dubai UAE and a luxury Game Reserve development in South Africa.

Key to the Company’s growth and success has been in its ability to seamlessly integrate its substantial resort and hotel experience with the entertainment and leisure experience of its principals and management team, gained from years of experience in the entertainment industry in the USA.
