In May 2007, Thanda Private Game Reserve, the home of Thanda Royal Zulu, received its second consecutive World Travel Award at a glittering ceremony at the Emirates Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi, Dubai: ‘Africa’s Leading Luxury Lodge’. This result was based on a decision reached by a total of 167 000 travel professionals worldwide, including 110 000 travel agents.
